- non-existent plot progression
- none of the plot twists are foreshadowed or are foreshadowed very poorly in such a way said foreshadowing can be interpreted in practically any way. screams of lazy writing
- no world building
- characters sometimes act in unrealistic ways when contrasted with flashbacks. this is especially bad in the later episodes and can really throw off your immersion

clearly has potential to be really good, but failure to progress the plot forward and generally poor writing makes anything past the first 5 episodes get stale fast
