The manga is a complete 1 volume, where Chiaki and Kazuma take care of their daughter (I think she ends up being around 7 years old by the end of the manga) and their new family also strengthen their relationship.
No warnings needed for this one (a part from mentions of homophobia), this volume is just pure adorableness and fluff. There is some minor angst, mostly related to the difficulties of adapting to a new situation (a time consuming baby), but Chiaki and Kazuma are a healthy couple and they support each others through thick and thin!
Each chapter ends up being a window into their life, with some year apart, so the reader can see the evolving of their relationship with their adopted daughter. And all good things happen!
