This is a very short episode it's literally just to show a setting where Otonashi stays to guide others to move on from on they're past life. For the timeline in the story i think this might fit in at the last episode of the series before Otonashi got reincarnated or after kanade got move on from her past life(but before this event: where we saw kanade standing and humming my song while Otonashi is walking towards her direction) however those are just my assumption and it's really hard to prove it since this episode was called another epilogue. This is due to a reason that the ending is a little bit ambiguous(in short it's open ending). well i did enjoy this episode as well(just don't expect too much content from it hahaha) :D
