Oregairu season 2 is unlike the first one, it sacrifices a lot of things for its M.C Hachiman's character development, and the arcs arent that good as the first one, you know what the problem of the first season was the arcs kinda fell flat on their faces, well season 2 makes that even worse. I geniunely dont care that much for Iroha as a character, and if the series dumps a lot of screentime and character development on her and if in the end she is still hollow imo as a character then thats a major problem for me. She feels way too basic for me, her introduction was decent enough, but what followed was just a mess for me. The show also doesn't pick up till like episode 5, and is more slower paced than expected. When it does start picking up tho it genuinely does hit and everything kinda blends together, I feel like that's one of the shows strongpoint in this new season.

PROS:
-Hachiman shines the brightest and gets all the character development he deserves, he is very mysterious and an anomally till the end
-Has a slower pacing, but when it gets going everything just clicks everything works all together
-Hayama was quietly becoming a better character
-The ending was good imo, since it was a cliffhanger, leaves a lot of room for speculation, and the suspense and expectation for season 3 has never been higher

CONS
- I don't think Iroha is worth the character development and treatment she got personal opinion tho
-Zaimokuza is more annoying than usual
- Season 2 fails to deliver arcs that feel satisfying enough unlike its predecessor
- Has a much more slower pacing than expected, kinda boring for the first episodes, I was four episodes in and nothing of important signifance has happened yet, like come on

Overall Oregairu season 2 is a downgrade from the first season, and lacks in certain areas, the season was not bad ,but it certainly did not give that same satisfaction and ommph I was looking for in this season, for those various reasons I would have to give Oregairu season 2 a 6/10, not bad but could have been better, honestly I'm kinda dissapointed in this season 2, yes they nailed Hachiman's character and the final episodes, but what about everything else in between. BTW I know people love Iroha and I kinda feel like she could have been utilized better, since her introduction was good and she had a lot of things going for her, please don't attack me because I don't love her character, this is just my opinion anyway.
