Preliminary (4/12 eps)
Ah yes, Keep Your Hands Of Eizouken. The new anime that people love to circlejerk about how much of a masterpiece it is. That is not saying that they don't have a point tho.

Keep Your Hands Of Eizouken is a delightful anime about three girls making an anime. One day Midori moves to a beautiful city and after watching an anime anime becomes her passion. Along the way she gets Sayaka by her side to keep Midori in check and finally these two meet the idol Tsubame. Tsubame also has a passion for anime and both convince eachother to make an anime together. Oh yeah, Sayaka tags along for the ride. Simple story, not much to say about it.

The characters are pretty fun. You have Midori, the adventurous twat that sets the plots of in motion, Tsubame, a cheerful idol who goes along adventurous twat's storie, and then you Sayaka, the rutheless business woman (seriously she only joins the other cause of money).

While I could go on about how beautiful the animation is or how bangin the OP is, what I most enjoy about this anime is the little tidbits of information about how to make anime. These are Always really interesting to see and it gives a little inside in how the working and thinking process of an animator works.

What I also like is how they present these information bits. I already mentioned how beautiful the animation is, but it is also really clever how they use that beautiful animation. In episode 3 for example they have a whole action scene in sketches to show how an animator sketches an action scene which is briliant.

So yeah, this anime is pretty good. As good as people make it out to be on twitter? Eeeeeeh maybe not but it isn't like that hype isn't unfounded.

Give this anime an episode or two, especially if you are an animator.
