First of what a weird anime, kind of funny how people like this in someway. I felt the plot didn't really developed, I guess the characters did in some capacity but it really didn't display any good points expect the fact they tried to appeal to people who have foot fetishes I guess. I believe it can be better in the plot department but overall not a bad anime just not a priority to have.
I don't really recommend it, I prefer to watch other anime/manga which have more or a plot driven/character driven.
