Beautiful goddess needs to summon a hero, and of course she conveniently picks a place as irrelevant as Japan out of all the countries in the world. And then she's attracted to the Japanese guy she summons, when in reality most Japanese guys are butt ugly.
And the humor is the "self-aware" type of humor where they basically do corny things on purpose, because the authors aren't talented/funny enough to write genuine humor. Of course the protagonist has little personality (besides being cautious), because they almost never do in these.
It's basically low effort pandering designed to cash in on the "isekai" trend. No need to write a real story or plot, just draw some cookie-cutter RPG characters and and be "slapstick funny" for a cookie-cutter 13 episodes, and then collect your cash from royalties and selling 80 dollar blurays.
