Mixed Feelings
Aibeya The Animation is an OVA by Pink Pineapple. It's a fairly standard vanilla hentai, but I still found it quite enjoyable.

Lets start with the story. To be honest, there isn't a whole lot to it. Basically, a guy is staying at his childhood friend's house because his own home is being renovated. While they're living together, they both start to develop feelings for each other. Most of this happens at the beginning, so the rest of the OVA is mainly just them being lovey-dovey with one another. It's pretty cute.

The art and animation in this OVA was surprisingly decent. I've seen a lot of vanilla hentai that skip out on using more art assets, and rely on limited animation. So needless to say I was worried. Thankfully, both the art and animation turned out to be satisfactory. The voice actors also do a decent job.

There're two main characters in this hentai, Eita and Asuka. Eita is the main male lead, and Asuka is the main female lead. They both have pretty stale personalities. Asuka is somewhat perverted (though only slightly more than Eita), but apart from that, they don't have a lot going for them. They're cute and likeable though, which I guess is all that matters for this story. There's also Asuka's mom, who provides some brief comic relief. I personally found her to be mildly amusing.

Overall, Aibeya is a very simple OVA. It's just plain vanilla, but it still has enough effort put into it to spice things up and keep it from becoming boring. 6.5/10

Would I reccomend you watch this OVA? Yes! Yes I would. It's a very feel-good type anime. So despite its simplicity, you should still come away from it with something.
