Despite my lower-than-usual ratings in several aspects for this anime I daresay I enjoyed it fairly thoroughly purely due to its presentation.

The odd camera angles, close ins, the changing focus during the dialogue as well as constant switching between picture and text certainly does provide an interesting and original way of viewing the story, albeit being a tad annoying at some points.

As the title suggests, this anime is actually a series of short 'monster' stories that occur one after another, which maintains some chronological order as we see the inclusion of additional characters throughout the anime.

Almost all the characters seem dysfunctional in some way or other, which adds to the hilarity of the anime as they clash with each other. What was also interesting was the different 'monsters' and how they affected each of them.

It is most certainly an enjoyable and recommended anime to watch, provided you don't mind the presentation so much. If you do, well I won't blame you - when I watched the first episode for the first time I was also slightly turned off by its abstract presentation.
