If you are reading this review, bear in mind that I'm writing this with no knowledge of the story presented in the manga.
There is honestly not much of a story that one can develop in a setting where the world is infested by zombies. However they did well to give a glimpse of how it begun in the initial setting, which allowed them to build up the tension and excitement.
The mixture of zombies and ecchi themes were somewhat annoying, as it tended to spoil the feeling of fear. One might argue, however, that this is intended to portray the moments where the survivors are trying to relax and enjoy their moments without constantly living in fear of the zombies.
Character development is something that one should take note of when watching this, as the environment forces them to bring out their personalities but at the same time reveal and discover themselves for who they really are.
From a general perspective there isn't a lot going for this anime, but if you're the type of person who occasionally enjoys a bit of thriller/horror this anime won't disappoint.
