Pokemon the Origins tells the story of pokemon, the way you've not seen it unfold before. Unlike the original anime, The Origin doesn't feature Pikachuu and Satoshi as the main characters. Nope, this version of Pokemon is completely based of the Pokemon Red and Green pokemon games.. I will be writing a spoilerless review about Pokemon The Origins..

Red is a boy alike many others his age. Slightly selfish and determined to achieve his goals. Set on reaching his goals to train his pokemon, Red along with his friend and rival Green they both go to get their first pokemon at the pokemon labratory.. Both trainers starting the story from one and the same point, going out on their own directions and facing towards new dreams as they go out on each of their journeys aiming towards other goals... Having succesfully chosen Charmander as his first main pokemon, Red's journey will be one filled with obstacles and troubles as he has to face many difficult obstacles. Along with having to avert the evil deeds done by the evil organization Team Rocket.. Set and true having decided that he will succesfully fill up the pokedex with every single known pokemon that is out there... Red starts his journey as he makes new bonds, friendships and pokemon on his ways..

Pokemon the origin is different from the anime in more ways than one, not mainly being the fact that the characters are different.. For those who haven't played the game, the changes will show the minute you start watching as most of the things Red does, he does for the honor of his pokemon and others out there. The anime contains original ingame music only slightly edited to fit into the anime adaption. This is only a four episode story of a complete pokemon game adaption, so ofcourse the story in the overall ova feels rather rushed as you're watching it.. but in overall I feel like they did a really great job with this anime.. this is the anime many pokemon gamers have been dreaming about ever since they played the game.. the different pokemon anime.. The original pokemon..

Unlike the original pokemon anime, this ova adaption doesn't hold much of a focus on friendship and how much you need friends to help you out, as in overall in the original game Red was pretty much alone with his pokemon as he fought.. This is the pokemon anime that will be liked both by fans of the original anime adaption aswell as those who played the game.. even if you didn't like the original anime.. this adaption is slightly darker and gives up a deeper feel as you watch it.. so yes, This is one both fans and those less pokemon enthusiastic should give a try.. Watch the pokemon Red and Green games unfold straight before your eyes, in a unique anime ova adaption. Set out on a long journey with Red and his pokemon as they stribe to reach their goals and grow more connected to one another as the story progresses.. what is a good pokemon trainer..? Is it truly someone who knows how to battle... or is there more to it than just that..?

Watch Pokemon the Origins!!! It would be a major loss for the person not watching this... not to give this a try..
