One beeing the sometimes goofy and totally out of place henchman or monster that will leave confused and sometimes wondering if you aren't watching some other anime.
The second beeing that you can clearly see that the action animation was done with a very tight budget, you can see them trying to use every trick in the book to avoid animating the characters in a fight scene as much as possible and as a result they become very dull and boring to look at.
Nice jazzy music tough... I hope this will get better but I am not expecting much.
