The Devil is a Part timer is rather a fantastical comedy with a mediocre story with loopholes here and there. Though it is very entertaining, because of the lack of a solid plot, it fails to meet its potential(in comedy). It steers clear of harem and touches the edges of rom-com, with the development of characters, well paced. I suggest people to not look for a decent story in this anime and rather come fully prepared to have hearty laughs which are unique and well placed on their own right, without being as annoying despite being stupid as many other anime.
