The story is very basic for now. Angels collecting "heaven coins" for whatever purpose by defeating "Ghosts". I don't believe that it will become anymore complex than this as it's only going to be 13 episodes long, but it's a decent concept and I wouldn't expect no surprises from this studio.
The art is unique. It might be a turn down and it might be something refreshing. I think it's actually very nice and finally something new. It might not be your taste. At first I had the same feelings about it and I never expected myself to watch it when I saw it in the fall anime list. I'm sure happy that I did. The art really adds to the hilarity and non-seriousness of the show.
The sound is not really something what I can review. I really like the music as it's fitting to the show. Unique like the art.
The characters are a bit... over the top stereotypical. You have a blond slut and a sugar loving goth. When more into the show we will probably get more information about the girls. As they're a bit basic, I do have to say that the main characters are still interesting and a funny combination.
I really enjoyed the first episode of the show. It's something new and not too serious. I'll probably watch this through the end to see how it turns out.
