You can't really dislike the main characters Yukino and Arima. We are given decent development between the main characters leading to their relationship. We delve into the darkest secrets of the main characters and are shown how they overcome it. You don't feel left hanging with the side characters as well which I feel is definitely worth mentioning. They kept revisiting the theme of someone filling in that person's empty heart which was a crucial theme of this series.
However, something that bothered me very much and likely did for others who've watched this was the last few episodes (caused me to lower my overall rating for this show). I feel like this is worth mentioning simply because as watchers, you should know ahead of time about the major fallback of the series. I'll say though that for the most part I did enjoy this series and it was one fun ride despite what I've mentioned. The animation is old but that should not stop anyone from turning away from it. I would still recommend this anime for anyone who's looking for a good school romance anime with decent drama.
