A beautifully refreshing anime centring around a Japanese family and the fight against an AI. I found it totally awesome that a typical sci-fi plot was set in peaceful countryside setting. Normally, such a story would take place in a post apocalyptic world full with crime, dirt, decadence and neon lights, which I think is totally old fashioned and boring by the time.
The characters in the family are nicely put together. I especially like the grandmother, who can chase her son around the room and calm the chaos, made by the AI, in the city, despite her ninety years.
The animation is very nicely made. The movements are totally awesome, even the blooming of the flowers is beautiful.
