Clannad, in my opinion, is the saddest and most touching anime series that has ever been created. It combines the hardships of real life living with a couple that love each other from the deepest depths of their hearts. There are so many touching scenes in this series that will wrench tears from your eyes. All of this combined with a confusing ,yes but, excellent ending that will leave you with a desire to watch it all over again.
For those who love romance with a huge helping of drama, this is the series for you. This is an excellent series that even those who are repulsed by romance can enjoy with a smile and tears flowing down their cheeks.
