Story: The Mother x Son combo was so appealing, the son is unsure about how to act around his cute and beautiful mother. While the mom is very clingy and physical with her son, treating him like a baby. There's no romance, instead it's awkward humor about a sexually mature boy and his too-sexy-for-a-mother mom. No incest is good(?) but the mom's role is about sex appeal. Making it hard to know what to expect.
Then we have the other girls, a loli mage, and a tsundere sword fighter. Not exactly the mature beauties I was expecting going by the title. And that was when I lost all interest in this series...
Overall. I won't lie, I'm here for the hot mother. I thought something interesting might happen. The Son himself thinks his Mom is too damn beautiful and cute to see her as a mother. But nothing ever happens. With a story that's really mediocre, characters that you can find literally anywhere, and comedy not quite good enough to make you laugh, I just can't help but feel the author didn't have the skill to match the idea. I've seen brother x sister stories all the time, so I assumed this too was gonna be a guilty-pleasure story, but those expectations were crushed far too soon.
I do have to mention that the manga version is better. The art's always showing the beautiful mother, the facial expressions make it a lot funnier than just reading, and it's simply a better fit with manga rather than novels for this story. You might like this story, and I won't blame you, but I shall move on to something else.
