This is honestly a masterpiece. When I came across this anime I didn't know what to expect, as the cover looked like a typical high school anime, but Nagi no Asu kara is actually really good.

Story: 9/10
This anime revolves around love drama, but there is also an interesting plot going on. So many ships, when I was watching this anime I genuinely had no idea what ships will end up sailing. Very unpredictable. There are plot holes, but they don't hinder the story e.g. why do people walk in the sea village when they can swim around?

Art: 9/10
It's so beautiful! I especially love the scenery and ambience of under the sea, it's so mesmerising. The smallest details of facial expressions are captured well.

Sound: 10/10
Great soundtrack. It's relaxing and calming. The OPs and EDs really suit this anime well, and grow onto you. The ED always creeps up on you without you realising it's the end of the episode.

Character: 9/10
The character development is good and the characters are relatable. The characters aren't just cookie-cutter stereotypes. There is no set main character, but if there was it would have to be Hikari.

Enjoyment: 10/10
I really enjoyed watching this anime! Each episode kept me yearning to watch the next one, to see what happens next.

Overall: 10/10
I love this anime. Beware that there is a ton of love drama happening (there's like a love hexagon going on). Literally everything about this anime is good. Don't hesitate at the cover image, and start watching this anime!
