This manga is very light, in that nothing much really happens in it. There is a bit of a story that is told through flashbacks which serves as a foundation for setting up some relationships between characters, but for the most part its focused on just people living their lives, which ultimately means there isn't particularly any major focus at all. Now that's not to say that that's a bad thing, but rather that this is a very relaxing manga that is sometimes heartwarming. It shows a number of characters in town, centered around Taki, each with their own goals and relationships interacting with each other and establishing relationships and getting along well. It has an interesting style, where there are long stretches without any dialogue. The art too is interesting in that it's kind of rough not in a sketch like kind of way, but more so in that it feels like parts of the image simply haven't been drawn, which gives it a minimalist feel that works very well on some occasions, is decent most of the time, but also looks awkward at points, though I think it does contribute well to the light atmosphere of the manga.

tl;dr: A lighthearted manga about a man walking through town and the various people he meets there.
