Have you ever played Left4Dead?
If so, this is basically Left4Dead but in show form and with lots of panty shots. Very ecchi.
If not, I guess I'll talk a bit more about it.
First of all, the characters are kind of annoying in this show, no joke. Mostly the women are annoying though.
Character:
Takashi Komuro: the main character (a dude). He basically drops his balls in the second/third episode. He's the general easy to relate with character. Some character development.
Rei Miyamoto: the main characters woman (basically). She can be annoying (like most women in this show) but is at least able to defend herself adequately. Some character development.
Pink haired stuck up woman: She's reeeeeeaaaaaallly annoying. Pretty much the most annoying character I have ever come across in an anime (well at least for only having watched 4 episodes). All she does is talk about how smart she is and yells at everyone. She cannot defend herself. She is worthless. Let her die or make her have some sort of ability to kill. Seriously. Not very much character development.
Fat guy with pink hair: Makes a gun. Doesn't get pissed at pink hair. Saves pink hair a lot. Not much character development.
Nurse with big boobs: No development, just drives so far.
Weird creepy teacher: Basically wants to be the leader, so far he has succeeded. Btw, he's really weird. Probably more character development later.
Girl with long hair and sword: Saves the day, etc. etc. basically your average anime sword-mistress, overly powerful (although everyone is, seriously, just look at some of the scenes in the third episode). Possibly some character development.
Those are the most important characters. Other than that just stock characters. The average high schooler. etc. etc. So far, a lot of the characters are annoying and there isn't very much development, 6, sorry.
Art
Well, it definitely looks nice. Nothing new when it comes to the eyes, but when someone walks, everything that should move moves (and somethings that move a bit too much, ahem, boobs?). Very good, but nothing new so 8.
Sound
Well, they did a good job on it. Unfortunately, I don't believe it accurately portrays how people would talk when they're like 10 feet away from a zombie, especially when they just found out that sound attracts them. I give it an 8 because screams really sound like screams and zombies really sound like zombies.
Story
Well, it's good enough. Story is something that needs time to develop and can't really be seen and is much harder to predict whether or not it will be good compared to things like character development. I enjoy it but nothing really new when it comes to zombie stuff, 8 because it's still a rarity among animes.
Enjoyment
10. The tense atmosphere that is given off by this show is very apparent and very good. I am sucked into the episode I am watching and forget what's around me. I walked away from each episode trying to plan what I would do if a zombie Apocalypse were to ever occur. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, well maybe not everyone. If you hate women, or you hate zombie flicks where dumb people stay alive then this is not for you.
