There's one word to explain the ""story"" and that is bland and uneventful. It felt like watching a Saturday morning cartoon where every character reset after each episode with almost no alteration.
The characters are the same as the last season... and they stay the same throughout the season... The new character of Shichimiya is rather well made though.
Art is amazing. The only reason I'm giving this anime a 6 is because of the art, animation, and sounds. The fight scenes are choreographed beautifully and the characters move naturally.
The VA were great as well and the OP song was fitting for the show. Nothing to add here.
Did I enjoy it? Not really. Lesson: Don't trust KyoAni with their RomComs
