Anyway Clannad is a pretty good series imo it starts off slow and I personally didnt like the first 9 episodes where we are introduced to a character that i personally find annoying (O GAWD I JUST SETTED UP FOR FLAMEBAIT D=) anyway. The Series begins to develops more after the first 10 episodes (No you cant skip them. Although slow still pretty enjoyable you will manage and you should cause this is a good Series.)
It has a pretty basic formula for its episodes which i noticed alot the first 7 minutes of an episode are pretty slow and kinda sets up for the rest of the episode while the last 13 minutes are where most of the lulz, and actual point of the episode comes on. Its a pretty simple formula that works to a degree.
Clannad isnt for everyone if you like Romance Anime this is for you.....If you like Action Action ACTION!!!!.......Why are you even reading this? After 23 episodes I cant wait to watch the second part....the characters magically grew on me (I honestly dont know how its magical)

HOLY FUCK I WAS STUPID AS HELL BACK THEN.
First and formost after rewatching this series (like two more times) Clannad: After Story is by far my favorite anime of all time and honestly it couldn't have came close as being as good as it is without this first series... Looking back all the episodes are great set pieces I have never been so emotionally attached to a anime series before this anime is like a good wine. It only gets better with time. This is one of those series where if as you rewatch it you notice things you either missed the first time honestly took for granted you first time watching it. Everything is perfectly paced and it was a journey that I enjoyed all the way through... I recommend anyone looking for a amazing slice of life this is definitely your anime
