For one, I began watching this because I saw the art. I usually only watch shows if I like the art, and this show did not disappoint. The art is polished and immaculate. The animation is fluid, and you can feel the action playing out.
The story- without giving anything away, is probably the weakest part of the show, but is still great. It gets emotional enough to pull tears from some, though I'll be frank- the only one that managed to for me was episode 10. I balled like a baby.
The sound direction sets the tone quite effectively. Sometimes you forget it's there because of how well it fits in.
I would say this is one of the best anime I've seen.
