D.N Angel, where to begin? This is one of the most awesome original animes I've seen so far. Some people might avoid it because it's old, and instead they end up missing a lot from this amazing anime because this is definitely a MUST watch if you're looking for a fantasy anime with a good plot.

Story:
Niwa Daisuke, an average junior school boy who has his life turned upside down on his 14th birthday. Ever since he was little, his family put him under some kind of special training but they never told him what they are training him for until the day of his 14th birthday when he discovers he will have a phantom's spirit living inside his body, this phantom appears because he needs to fulfil specific tasks with the help of Daisuke to protect the world from evil arts pieces and dark magic. Mystery is also a part if this anime, bits of the story gets unfolded as the anime and characters progress.

Art: the art is the first thing that attracted me and this is one of the reason why I decided to watch it. The art is cute and the eyes are beautifully drawn, the colours are also nice and personally it is even better than many animes out there today. The art stands out.

Sound:
Outstanding OST. It suits the magical atmosphere of the anime. Nothing
was disturbing and every track was in place.

Characters:
The characters are rather interesting and there is a great deal of character
development in the story, which makes it s a great anime. The characters develop, however they don't change their personalities completely.

Enjoyment:
This is a very enjoyable series. Each episode made me want to continue watching more and more and I managed to finish it in 5 days, which is pretty long for me, but I had other things to do :P

Overall:
Again, if you like a new kind of fantasy mixed up with art and high school romance, also a male lead who has love problems mixed up with his super powers then this is an anime for you.
