I rate this anime as 9. Here's why.
Story 8
From starting episode one till episode 14 story went amazing. The thing is i like anime that has something from real life. Everything that happend till that episode were on point.
I mean there is girls exactly like 002 or Ichigo. And same goes 016. Everyone can and will has theirs own feelings. I mean Ichigo loves 016 and tries to do everything she can. Same goes for real life. And same goes for 002 aswell.
In episode 12 or 13 002 and 016 had a scene where 002 says "all you want is this" (and shows her body) i think that was a big slap to a people who just watch this anime for semi naked bodies. (fanservice)
Art

Every season less and less anime studios makes somewhat anime with a "good" art. DiF fortunately has amazing art. Art kinda similar to Kill la Kill, Evangelion, Gurenn Lagann. And I have to mention director of this anime worked in Kill la Kill and Evangelion. So don't start a drama "They stole it"
Sound - Music
I never heard about XX:ME untill this anime. And god they are amazing. Yes it's not epic like some Shingeki no Kyojin - You See Big Girl! or it's not punchy as some One Punch Man ost or even it's not inspritional as a Garden of Words or Kimi NoNawa ost's BUT musics of DIF are sad and happy are the same time. And plus sound effects aswell is amazing.
Despite whatever i said untill than im concerned about future of this anime. Cause after episode 13 (when ichigo kisses 016) people started threatening Trigger studios. And that's why second part of 15th episode looks so childish and forced.
