Because this is a must-recommend for watching with friends while drunk off your ass. It's like witnessing a train wreck if said train was carrying a fresh shipment of badly animated anime titties.
I don't remember most of it to be honest. A scene where the main character and one of the booby boob girls going down a water slide does come to mind. Her foot quite literally ends up in his mouth while they squirm around in a 3 frame loop. I'll likely never forget that. Truly superb.
