Where do I begin with Tsuki ga Kirei... When I first started watching this, all I could think about was how awkward the two characters, Kotarou and Akane, were but how cute they also were together. I, for one, am a huge sucker for adorable anime couples so I can safely say that Tsuki ga Kirei definitely was up my lane in terms of what I would normally watch. I, personally, enjoyed watching it and was pleased with the closure of the anime and the overall storyline.

Tsuki ga Kirei was definitely more realistic than some other anime of the same genre or with the same idea. I binged all 12 episodes in one day during a blizzard and it very much kept me occupied and invested in the two's relationship. Tsuki ga Kirei really demonstrates all the rocky parts that couples go through in relationships, whether they're as young as Kotarou and Akane or older. While not everyone may love this anime, I can say that I, at least, very strongly liked it and left me wanting a bit more.
