Clannad overturns my prejudiced opinion on galgame style anime. I heard a lot of people asking whether they could skip season 1 and jump right into season 2 (after story) directly. My answer is you can, but PLEASE DON'T DO THAT. Season 1 comprised of tedious everyday life stories, it like you and me, when we were young and stubborn, when we had a crush on our classmate, when we had no idea what to do after graduation etc. Tedious, boring, childish. But please just keep watching, it is a foundation or a trick to drag your emotion into their world, you became like part of them, or maybe you were already acting or living like one of them in reality. While you are within their world without yourself even noticing that, it would be so much easier to manipulate your emotion afterwards. That episode at the flower field is still killing me. It brings so much tears I could never imagine. Hey exhausted urbanite! Leave a weekend at home and give Clannad a try, you may retrieve your genuine and pure heart.
