I thought of giving Kaichou wa Maid-sama a high score since I do tend to lean towards shoujo anime. However, I have to say that there isn't really anything particularly special about it. There's your tough main heroine who receives the affection of multiple guys and your popular, handsome love interest who's goofy yet sensitive and has got that that typical "dreamy main guy" charm. The story comes off as just the normal girl-is-dense-to-guy's-feelings plot line but there isn't really too much exceptional or bad about this anime.
I will however, have to say that I did enjoy watching it during most parts, just for the sheer fluff as a sort of "in between" anime where I was stuck as to thinking about what I wanted to watch next. If fluffy romance anime is your thing, I'd definitely say "go for it" because Kaichou wa Maid-sama definitely falls under that category.
