Why 9/10?
I'm a simple person, if i like an anime i rate it high, if i dont you can guess. Meaning, enjoyment is the biggest factor for my overall rating.
Story
Ridiculous, really. The whole concept cannot be described in a better word than stupid. But that's actually the reason it's great.
Art
Starting the first episode i'm thinking like, when was this made last century or what? It may look bad in the beginning, but not much later you forget that because of how vivid and lively it is. It may seem a bit extravagant at times but it blends really well with everything.
Sound-Good, music fit with the atmosphere. Music really shines in episode 11. OPs are good, i never stick around to hear the EDs.
Characters
Each character was unique in both looks and personality. They were well-rounded and their stories follow the main plot nicely. Protagonist is a bit classic but the antagonist is rather special. Supporting characters also add to the story and complete the main ones.
and last but not least, E N J O Y M E N T
Outstanding really. The comedy is funny, the comedy/ecchi mix is out-of-this world funny. I'm not really the crying type, but this anime made me cry a bit too much (from laughing). The sexual undertones are a bit too obvious at some points contributing to the whole atmosphere.
Why you should watch this
If you can supress your inner anime snob, this anime should be really entertaining for anyone. The word "serious" should not be contained in anything related to this. It's pure comedy, made in order to make the viewer laugh and focus on that. Everything mixes really well and serves this purpose. Ideal to help you unwind after a long day or as a break after watching too much of another genre.
