Ten years after the Holy War in Hong Kong, Jirou Mochizuki with his young brother Kotarou, return to Japan to live in the “Special Zone”. Trouble soon follows in the form of the Kowloon Children, an immoral clan of vampires that want to take over the entire vampiric race. Jirou, aka the Silver Blade, Katarou and their new friend, Mimiko Katsuragi a compromiser for the Order Coffin Company, the humans in control of the “Special Zone” have no choice but to put an end to the Kowloon threat.
My Thoughts:
This is one anime I truly enjoyed watching. Jirou’s character acts tough but you see the love he has for his brother; and Kotarou is always smiling, he brings light into Jirou’s otherwise gloomy mood. Black Blood Brothers is a 12 episode series I recommend watching. I do hope they do a 2nd season.
