The anime had a very down-to-earth story line with a character I both relate with and idolize. For me it really was the personality of the character and how he handled different situations that made this anime shine. Along with the classic tropes, there were some aspects that I found fresh and interesting which kept me glued throughout the season.
I can't go into detail without spoiling so I highly recommend you watch it.
