I'm not gonna lie, I saw the cover, liked the art and decided to give this a chance. I regret my decisions. I can't trust LN's.

Story: So basically, these students attend this highschool where you can get points by performing well. You can buy anything with these points, except for a good anime. There are 4 classes, A,B,C and D , where A is the top class and D is where all the degenerates are. So we have two characters(because nobody cares about the other side characters with better art and animation than the entirety of DBS) Horikita, this generic tsundere, who wants to be acknowledged by her brother, according to herself, by climbing up to A class, and Ayanoukoji, this cringy guy whose background and motivation is literally mentioned in 3 flashbacks and 2 conversations not even 2 minutes long combined.

There is really no "plot" progression, they spend 9-10 episodes doing nothing but playing around and looking for someone's panties. Sure, there are 12 episodes, but there is more plot in a 10 seconds long dubstep YouTube intro than these 12 episodes combined.

Art: I like the art and animation. The environment, the buildings, the characters look nice. Even those you could consider background characters who are just there to fill the space look nice. Most of the budget was spent on their eyeballs though. Ayanokouji and Horikita literally have the same face expressions throughout the whole thing.

Sound: Ayanokouji sounds like he doesn't want to live anymore, which is understandable, and the soundtrack is horrible. It doesn't provide anything. It's trying too hard to make things exciting, but it just doesn't work. It would've been better if they'd just put some elevator music in there.

Character: Oh boy. Where do even start? Literally every character is better written than our generic tsundere and the depressed kung fu master. There isn't anything special about Horikita, as I mentioned earlier, she's your average generic tsundere who doesn't feel lonely being alone. Ayanokouji is supposed to be this smart and mysterious guy, but he's just bad. The only thing I find amazing about him is how he let this other girl(who I will get to shortly) grab his hand and place it on her breast so she could blackmail him with fingerprints. I would also stand there and watch her grab my hand and tell me there is proof of him "raping" her, I mean. What could she possibly be planning to do with my hand? Our smart protagonist sure couldn't figure that out, huh.

Now then, I said nobody cares about the other characters, and that is still true, because they are better than our protagonists, but since they aren't edgy or tsundere, nobody cares. Well, there is this girl here. Kushida. She is all happy on the outside but she's has a little secret, this silly goose. Her role in this godforsaken toilet is to make Ayanokouji look bad, and boy does she deliver. So basically when Ayanokouji found out about her secret, and she tried to blackmail him with rape, which there was no evidence of, so as I mentioned above, she takes his hand, and places it on her breast, and our "smart protagonist is standing there admiring the budget spent on those eyeballs instead of doing something as she says "well there is proof now"

Enjoyment: I think it's quite obvious at this point: There is a goal- a destination to reach, but they got lost and went to McDonald's instead.

Overall: It's bad. Only reason I didn't rate this 1 is because I like the art and animation.
