Oni ChiChi: Vacation is an eloquent exploration into the joys of family bonding. PoRo studio has masterfully crafted one of the finest animes of this generation, providing viewers an insight on the importance of relationships with one's family.

Once again, PoRo studio delivers an expertly crafted, well-composed story. The journey Airi and Papa undergo in this episode truly reflects family kinship, as their rite of passage reinforces and strengthens their bond. As usual, the art is immaculate, and the voice actors perfectly depict the thoughts and actions of the characters through their voices. The character design is quite good, however, Airi's tsundere persona is often inconsistent, and interferes with the plot, resulting in occasionally unpleasant scenes. However, this episode is quite good overall, and is an excellent representation of the wonders of family connection
