If you're into watching very relaxed, light-hearted anime, this might be for you. But you'll be in for a surprise, as normally a light-hearted anime has light-hearted plot and minimal suspense, but in a believable situation. This anime is the opposite. Serious plot and fighting scenes, in a ridiculous situation. It is very hard to take seriously or even find comical.
If you decide to watch this anime, good for you. Have fun wasting however-long-before-you-drop-it of your life.
