Don't get me wrong, the quality is amazing, the characters are well written and the animation is beautiful. It's just that this reminds me why I don't seek a partner or any sexual relation. This story resonates with me on a level I'm not comfortable with.
I went through something similar and thank god I left it behind before it ruined me completely. Now I'm surrounded by beautiful people so I have no reason to finish this anime as I have no desire to relive my past.
If you enjoy dark stories with character that grow from lovable to loathsome then this is for you! I can't handle it as I have lived it so if you have any love trauma you should probably stay away.
My nihilist part is screaming for me to continue though so 10/10 for a nihilist! ^^
