This anime is more of a mix of Fanatasy and Romance, its not a very long anime but does have a second part (Diabolik lovers; More blood) This anime is suppose to be for more older audiences, but from what I've seen, It should be more for 13 and up, it doesn't really have any inappropriate scenes, it just has a lot.. Erm.. Blood-sucking scenes..
This anime is more headed to the type of people who doesn't pay attention to the MAIN love couple, it's a type of anime that has many love interests and not just one. I recommend this anime more to people who are open-minded and who likes fantasies.. The art on this anime is fairly acceptable, not too bad or not too much details.. The characters in the anime are uniqe but some really are almost the same when it came to their personality, it was always, "I want bloodddd" or "OK I have a mark on you so you're basically MINE." The plot was really, weak, it doesn't really show much interest into the plot, I mean it does gradually interpret the plot but, I still find it confusing and you might too..
I still find this anime good and entertaining but I wouldn't focus into these kinds of animes..
