The story: 6/10.
If you have seen season 1 and 2 don't expect more for the film, it's not the greatest plot but it's not so bad either. They still bring a new technology to the world of SAO like in season 1 and 2.
To be honest at some point during the film i felt bored because the plot wasn't progressing at all and the element that was shown were really useless and didn't had any interest but i assume that this was made so that people who had not seen SAO before could understand the back story a little. That being said there was still a good part of the story that i found normal and some epic scene that were really well made.

Seeing SAO in the cinema is really something, the quality was good like in season 1 and 2.
Sound 9/10
The sound in the cinema feels really awesome, in some scene i felt the chair vibrating with the intensity and the power of the sound system. I have never felt some thing like that while i was looking season 1 and 2 because i have a headset. It was a really nice experience.
Character: 7/10
Same characters as usual, every one had at least a little screen time. The 2 "Bad guys" were not really great, like you understand their motive but i can't really describe them as a real "villain".
Enjoyment: 5/10
Like i said before i felt bored 2 or 3 times during the film. Some plot armor were really powerful and kinda made the story too easy some times. The only point that really saved my enjoyment were the epic scene at the end and the discover of a new plot.
Overall: 7/10
If you like the Aincrad, and Phantom Bullet arc of SAO, there is a chance that you will appreciate the film even if you are going to get bored for some part of it. I personally didn't enjoy it as much as those 2 arc but i can tell you that this arc took the 3rd spot on my list (not like there was a lot of competition for the other arc ...).
