Mars of Destruction is easily one of the worst anime I have ever seen in my life. The animation and direction is fucking abismal. A character's head gets shot off and all the blood starts shooting out as if all her blood rushed straight to her head, never mind the fact that her friends don't have any reaction to it. All the characters apparently lack the ability to think. For example, they take the girl whose head was shot off to the hospital as if it wasn't obvious that she was dead. The voice acting is fucking horrible and the script feels like it was written by a child. The plot is impossible to follow as nothing is ever explained and you're left confused trying to figure out what the fuck is going on. It is also horribly inconsistent. For example, bullets shot in point blank range have no effect but by the end of the OVA, they suddenly work like a charm. Mars of Destruction is horrible on a level not thought possible before and is downright painful to watch.
