The sensation I went during my time watching Death Parade cannot be put into words. I wish I could put them into words but it seems unreal since I even started to question my life after finishing Death Parade. (No suicidal thoughts. Once you finish this Anime you'll understand my point). I haven't come across a better plot than Death Parade, the story is so interesting and full of authenticity of the meaning of life.

What is the point of a judgment that isn't a accompanied by suffering? To suffer, yet stand firm- that's what life is about, isn't it?

''Humans seek to live in the present in death even more than in life.'' -Decim.

Death isn't something we like to think about, but at times you'd wish to die and sometimes you desperately cling onto life. Human emotions aren't exactly the easiest thing to understand and yes we misunderstand things, the meaning of life too. Death Parade isn't some sort of dark Anime it's a mixture between life and death I'd say!

Story 10/10
Arbiters are the one's to judge. The afterlife is to be thrown into the void or to be reincarnated. The thought of hell and heaven is thought-provoking and Death Parade has a delighting way of showing you this. The series has a striking plot. Two people who have died come to to a place where they must participate in Death Games with their lives on the line. The results make them remember how they died. Some of the people refuse to play the games but they cannot leave the Quindecim bar which is led by the bartender named Decim.

Art 10/10
Yes! I give it a ten. No more or less.

Character 8/10
I was unsure wether to give it a lower rate or not since I was hoping for a better character development. Yes Decim the bartender is unique in his very own way but there was something missing... I will avoid my statement since I would give spoilers so that's all I have to say.

Enjoyment 10/10
Honestly, I wasn't planning on to watch Death Parade but once my sister started watching it... I guess I couldn't avoid it anymore. Though I'm glad. Death Parade left me with loads of questions in my head and I still have to face them. At the end of episode 12 I couldn't hold back my tears. But the fear.. the irony of being judged by a arbiter wasn't exactly fair. Some people hid their emotions and since arbiters aren't able to feel or show emotions they simply judged them on their own experiences. Still enjoyed the series, yes I definitely enjoyed it.

Sound 8/10
Death Parade's intro song was alright, but once the episode came to an end; a song called: ''Noisycell - Last Theater'' turned out to be a great one. The atmosphere it creates was undoubtly amazing. Still get goosebumps listening to it.

So quit reading all these reviews and start watching Death Parade!

Memento mori.
