I've just finished Durarara series and I've enjoyed every moment of it. It's fun, it's unique, it's bright, it's dark. Durarara is a tale of a city and it's like a dream. I loved its nights, its moon, its cops, its gangs, its sushi, its monsters, everything.

If I have to say one word about Durarara, then it would definitely be "UNIQUE". It's almost a new genre. It's spice of life in an action packed city. It has fights, spirits, gangs, human trafficers. Still everything seems normal. That's exactly how I felt.

It's a show where every character is a main character. This part is the best. You can pick any character as your protagonist and I assure you - You won't be disappointed.

25 episodes. Each 25 minutes. But I finished it in one go! Time literally flew by and the entrancement of Ikebukoro made me disappear into that dreamy city.

If you are bored of all the stereotypical genres, then Durarara will be a fine tonic.

The story is well developed without any rushing. The story is intriguing. No matter how hard I try, I can't find a flaw.

Character - 10/10

This is the first time I loved an anime because of its characters. Every single character is worth the spotlight. I can't say all of them were developed well, but every one is interesting, even the villains!

Art - 9/10

The entrancement Durarara left on me, is all because of the art. I loved the nights so much, the moon, the way Celty's bike rushed through the streets.

Sound - 8/10

The opening and the ending themes were superb. The background music didn't fail to do its job.

Did I left anything to say how fun it was?

The anime is definitely worth 10 out of 10. MAL ratings are shit. So, don't let it bother you. Watch this anime and I bet you'll cherish the time you spent watching it.
