Story: A very well done Slice of life with a supernatural side, Kanon is one of the best animes I have seen in quite some time. It tells the story of a boy who moves back to a town he used to visit 7 years ago, however he can’t seem to remember anything about the town or its inhabitants. You get to follow along on his journey meeting others and uncovering his past , the good side and the bad side. 9/10

Enjoyment: Incredibly fun , however it hits you with a brick sometimes. 10/10

Art: Kyoto Animation did some amazingly good art but I found the eyes to be an incomplete work , near to the depth of newer KyoAni works but not quite there. The backgrounds are very well done and so is the scenery. 9/10

Characters: The characters are all very well rounded and just about all of the main characters receive back story and arcs for them. These characters are easy to fall in love with and I found it to be a major plus to the series. 10/10

Sounds: Pretty much this has amazing sound. It works for the settings 99% of the time and is one of the most lovely soundtracks I’ve ever heard in an anime. OP and ED are great, and the characters are voiced wonderfully … well in Japanese at least I never gave the English dialogue a chance. 10/10

Overall this is one of the best anime I have ever watched. 10/10
