If you like a monotone loli taking front and center in the storyline you could probably get a 7 or 8 out of the anime. I don't, and it really drug the enjoyment down to a 5, or mediocre. Not bad, but really not what I wanted. Could've dropped around episode 8 or so.
Edit: Apparently the review needs to be longer to tell someone they'll get what they're bargaining for if they like the monotone loli archetype, or it's going to fall short if they wanted something a bit more energetic, appealing, or relatable.
