So, you were on the internet and by accident you found an anime called Barakamon. What's that? Hmmm i don't know. Does it worth it? Well. Yes, if you want to laugh. The story follows Seishu Handa , a calligrapher who moves to the remote Gotō Islands off the western coast of Kyūshū, and his various interactions with the people of the island. IT'S A COMEDY.

So, what should i expect from a comedy?

Laughs, and a simple but consistent argument.

Ok, so, tell Mr. Reviewer. What about the characters?

Well, there are no more than 5 or 6 recurrent characters, they're all funny in different ways as we are used to (at least, if you use to watch comedy animes). I call it, "little town comedy". A "big city guy" moves to a small island. You can imagine. After watching one or two episodes, they start making the spectator feel part of the little island. Will Seishu Handa get use to live with these peculiar people? That's the funny part. The characters will definitely make you love the anime.

So... the music? And the art?

The music complement decently the scenes. And the art is good enough. What we're gonna remember is the laughs, not the music or the art. But, yes, is good :)

Despite that the characters are simply amazing, and considering it's a comedy that meets the expectations, i can say it's an 8/10. I have to be fair. I recommend this anime to all who wants to laugh and laugh :)

I hope you find my review usefull.
