Honestly, I didn't watch enough anime of the same genre to compare it with but evenso, you shall not pass this!
Art and Sound:
The art style is something I don't prefer the most (character drawing and such) but the effects are very well done. But I guess they went for this art style because it's a dark anime. The soundtrack and music direction is the best! The soundtrack is very fitting for the theme. There's this scene in the anime where you'll realize how beautiful the art and the story blended well because of the music. You'll know it once you see it. I think the soundtrack improved the overall beauty of this anime.
Story and character:
The anime is consistent with its theme and plot all the way. It may appear very wild but it's just sadness. I like how deep sadness is conveyed without being extra (except for Five but her character is inevitable). I enjoyed the riddles and side stories on Greek myth as well.
For a dark story, the MCs are on the tamer side but it fits the story. I like the MCs but I wish they revealed more of their background story, I was waiting for it to happen. They seemed too focused on the unveiling of mystery. I was not expecting for a big character development throughout the story given the circumstances they were in but should've atleast given us their background story. But in the end, the important thing is they were able to deliver the emotions felt by the characters and I guess the ending is fitting as well. I was hoping for a part 2 though.
