Should you watch this anime? Yes, if the synopsis interests you. No, if you are looking for great character development.

Story: 8/10
The story portrays the idea of regret. What could have been done? What should have been done? If things were done differently, would the outcome still be the same? This story dwells into the power of friendship and love, the importance of supporting one another. The progression of the story was interesting enough that made it look forward to the next.
I did not give this story 10/10 because I felt there could have been more depth to the story to better portray the tragedy in this anime.

Art: 7/10
I quite enjoyed the art style. The style matched very well with the feel of the story, "dejavu". The biggest problem I had is the expressions that characters portrayed. For example, when someone is crying, there is definitely tears but it does not show the "pain" in their expression or depth of sadness.

Sound: 7/10
Opening and ending was well fitted to match the story line. The opening was used in parts that were relevant. Honestly, whilst writing this review I cannot remember any strong tunes that stayed in my mind. Such as a replayed of the same sad music. It was good but it did not have the impact on me.

Character: 6/10
One word, annoyed. Naho being the main character focus along with Kakeru, I am almost shocked by how "dense" she can be sometimes. She may be portrayed cute or innocent to some sense, but since it happens from beginning to end, it's almost like she never understood anything. Her friends almost spelt everything out for her.
Kakeru as a character was interesting but as you progress along the story, it does not show you how he is actually coping. Personally, I do not believe his character was portrayed well considering his back story.
The only character that I enjoyed watching was Suwa. One of the major desicions he made was because of his development and his understanding through the story.

Enjoyment: 8/10 & Overall score: 8/10
Although I disliked some aspects of the show, I did enjoy watching this overall. I looked forward to seeing what happened each episode, but mainly to see the build up before the last episode. I was a bit unsure of the timeline because we were consistently reminded that this big event is going to happen and they needed to stop it (could be just me though, haha) but not when it was actually going to happen. The last episode was a good way to end the anime, which is why I gave it a 8/10 overall.
