Story
The story is absolutely ridiculous, a 15 year old believes that her issue is the fact that she is a virgin and that she must get rid of it post-haste. Each episode follows a particular cookie-cutter formula, girl wants guy, guy wants girl, both don't understand each other and are unable to go any further because either they are too shy or because of the situation. It is funny and entertaining at first but because it is so cookie-cutter repetitive it becomes annoying real fast.
Characters
Never have I watched an anime and my favorite character was the mop in a corner. None of the characters here are likeable whatsoever. The protagonist is highly unlikeable and this isn't an accident it is meant to be that way by the show's creators. This is almost always a problem, you really can't have a story around a character that is made to be hated. The guy/love interest of the protagonist, is an idiot. The female protagonist friends are all too stupid to tell the protagonist needs mental help, seriously they recognize the problem that the protagonist has problems, their reaction is only to act disgusted. Never have I wished for a mop to become alive and murder all the characters. Go mop!

Again nothing really significant, the anime never was made to be anything remotely thoughtful.
