Because all of the dialogue in this series is comprised of lines in the light novel, the story is refreshing and hilarious. Most of the humor within this series is based on wordplay and is heavy on dialogue, but thanks to the SHAFT animators, you barely notice this isn't an action series. All the characters are unique and enjoyable as well.

I personally love the short cuts and random messages they throw up on screen, and I also think they did an extremely good job with the backgrounds and setting. Having different OP songs for each character arc is also a nice addition, and they're all very well done, too. However, the ending theme (kimi no shiranai monogatari) has to be the best song created this year. Overall, you shouldn't NOT be able to enjoy this unique series as long the group you choose has a good translator.
