It's not a GREAT anime and it's definitely not bad or boring
You see it's really hard to fit in most clichés in one anime so it has some problems
But most clichés are handled very well to the point that even though you know you watched something like this before but you still enjoy it so much
Story : it has the same story of the NEET shut-in who wakes up in a fantasy world but it takes a darker turn even though it tries too hard to be dark sometimes you can at least sympathize with characters and their continuous tragedies
Characters : subaru is really dumb .
The other character's personalties vary from shallow to really interesting and you won't find a character that is incredibly written most characters are common fantasy anime arch-types
Sound : i loved the op/ed and the soundtrack fit the anime perfectly it wasn't amazing but impressive to some extent
The voice acting was great though
Enjoyment : re:zero gives you happiness before it gives you tragedy and after a while you get used to it and even though it's annoying it really works it keeps you tense sitting on the edge and every episode ends with you waiting for more
it was really enjoyable
